Start with 2 support bases, a back base, front base, and a flier facing the front base. The flier will be located in the middle, the front base facing in front of her, the back base behind, and the support bases on the flier's sides.
The front base will bend down with his/her hands in front hand over hand. The flier will place her right foot onto the front bases hands and do a walk in. As the flier walks in and is lifted, she will kick her left leg straight up and grab it with both hands. At the same time she will fall back as she has pushed off the base's shoulders.
The support bases will both place their front hand on the flier's lower hip, and the back hand on the flier's mid-back. They need to make sure they reach high, slow her down, and control her to shoulder height. The back base will reach high with their right hand and grab the flier's left foot, then place their left hand on the flier's shin OR thigh.
As everyone catches the flier, they all need to absorb and pop the flier. The front base will let go of the flier's right foot, the support bases will throw the flier's hip straight up, and the back base will bring the flier into the middle, lift up on the flier's thigh, and slightly stand her up so that she can rotate. The flier will kick her right leg up to her and drop her head back for the rotation (make sure she stays tight through her mid-section and not loose her hip position as she rotates through).
The catch has the support bases catching the flier's inner thighs, the back base still has the flier's left foot, the front base will grab for the flier's right foot as it comes through, and the flier will place her hands on the supports bases head as she maintains her split for the finish.
