"Proper way to set out a Cradle"

When doing cradles for All-Girl and COED teams, bases tend to throw their fliers.  The best practice is to catch your flier firmly for a second or two to make sure that she is safe.  Then place her feet firmly to the ground by lowering her legs with your front arm and waiting for a second to make sure she is properly standing on the ground.  This makes sure that she does NOT twist her ankle (which is the most common injury amongst cheerleaders.)
